<p><p><b>Role : Technical Project :</b> :</b> 5 -10 yrs</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>About the Role :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Technical Project Manager to take ownership of the new product currently in the development phase.
</p><p><br/></p><p>This role will oversee the successful delivery of a software platform comprising five independent modules, each developed in different technology and 3 different vendors as its required different specialist technology know-how.
</p><p><br/></p><p>You will act as the central point of coordination connecting the dots between development teams, ensuring technical and functional specifications aligned and driving the project to Responsibilities :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- Project Ownership : Understand the complete scope of the product, including all five modules and their dependencies.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Multi-Vendor Coordination : Liaise with developers and technical leads from each vendor to align deliverables, resolve dependencies, and maintain cohesive timelines.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Technical Oversight : Review and understand technical specifications, system architectures, and integration points to ensure modules work seamlessly together.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Planning & Execution : Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports; monitor milestones and adjust schedules as required.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Risk & Issue Management : Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues as appropriate.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact between internal leadership, vendors, and clients; facilitate regular project updates.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Pre-Sales Support : Assist in solution presentations, prepare documentation for prospective clients, and translate technical capabilities into business value.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Quality Assurance : Ensure deliverables meet agreed specifications, compliance standards, and performance expectations.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Integration Readiness : Oversee testing and UAT phases to validate interoperability between all modules before & Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in technical project management for complex solutions, ideally with multi-vendor or multi-module projects.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong technical literacyability to read system designs, understand APIs, and grasp complex integration workflows.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated pre-sales or client-facing experience with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent organisational, coordination, and negotiation skills.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with fintech, compliance, or identity verification platforms is highly desirable.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure with tight We Offer :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Opportunity to lead a flagship product in the RegTech(compliance) and Fintech industry.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborative environment with industry experts and cutting-edge technology.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Competitive salary and performance-based & Perks :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Attractive remuneration</p><p><br/></p><p>- The usual tools like a laptop and mobile</p><p><br/></p><p>- An exciting and growing company with lots of opportunity for growth</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
